Scope of Work

Jordaar Jeeps provides vintage Jeep tour services in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, India. These services include transportation, guided tours, and other related activities as specified in the booking confirmation.

Bookings and Payments

Bookings can be made online through our website or by contacting us directly.
A deposit is required to confirm the booking over email. The remaining balance is due at the time of the tour.
We do not accept cash payments. Please use one of our accepted payment Via Official Website, Registered Verified Partners (OTAs) & Online Banking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour date will result in a 50% refund.
Cancellations made 15 days before the tour date will result in a 25% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the tour date.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Jordaar Jeeps reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour. If the tour is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

Tour Conduct

Guests are expected to adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the tour guide.
Guests must respect local religious practices and cultural traditions.
Jordaar Jeeps reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who does not comply with the terms and conditions.
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and any damage caused to the vehicle or equipment.

Liability

Jordaar Jeeps is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages suffered by guests during the tour. Guests assume all risks associated with participating in the tour.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, India.

Amendments

Jordaar Jeeps reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards are valid for all Jordaar Jeeps tours and experiences.
Gift cards do not expire.
To redeem a gift card, simply provide the gift card number at the time of booking.
If the gift card amount is insufficient, the recipient can pay the remaining balance.
Jordaar Jeeps is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Gift cards are not transferable.
Jordaar Jeeps reserves all the right to modify or cancel the gift card program at any time.

Insurance

Guests are strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
Trip cancellation or interruption
Medical expenses
Lost or stolen belongings
Personal liability

Force Majeure

Jordaar Jeeps shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or modification of the tour due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, tsunamis, etc.)
Acts of God
Acts of war or terrorism
Civil unrest
Government restrictions or regulations

Waiver of Liability

By booking a tour with Jordaar Jeeps, guests agree to waive any claims against Jordaar Jeeps for any injuries, losses, or damages suffered during the tour, unless caused by Jordaar Jeeps' gross negligence or willful misconduct.
